July Update: An exciting start to 2022


Six months into this year and we are feeling incredibly honored and excited that our reach into the local community continues to grow steadily. In our January update we shared with you our three main areas of focus for the year ahead.


We are pleased to share some exciting updates with you on our year so far.




At LIVEfree Project we aren’t far removed from the people who we help. We know their names, their neighborhood and their stories.


With less than half the year left we have a bold goal to share with you...





Last December we were completely overjoyed when our Smile & Thrive Dental Program was recognised and awarded a grant by the Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation. We have since developed partnerships with two new schools and dental practices, including Waratah West Public school and New Lambton Family Dental Practic






We are pleased to announce the start of two new services to provide further support for our NDIS clients:

Wellbeing Connect and Clever Cooking Workshops.





The Project is now being consistently recommended by other services in our community. These referrals from strong long-standing community services are another indicator of the increasing level of trust and recognition of care that we have with the community and other service providers.





Over a 14 week Period, Shay successfully completed 200 hours working with us. Shay served the community on the coalface, reaching out to people affected by family violence, mental health issues, disabilities, substance abuse and low income. But that's not all...
