Wellbeing & Community Enrichment Program

Our Wellbeing and Community Enrichment Program is dedicated to fostering resilience, connection, and mental wellbeing.


By addressing pressing issues faced by vulnerable individuals and families, we provide comprehensive support through vital wellbeing checks , 2700 breakfast meals and essential grocery deliveries, supporting vulnerable individuals and families. 

Our team provides check-ups and connection points for those in our community who have experienced harm, trauma, hardship  and poverty, and may be feeling isolated and disconnected.


With a holistic approach, we also check on physical wellbeing within your home environment.


We empower through regular case management, counselling, resources, and engagement activities, creating stronger, thriving communities together.

Backyard Brekky

We believe no one should go hungry. That’s why we’ve partnered with Hamilton Baptist Church, Woolworths and Catholic Care to host a free hot breakfast every Tuesday morning.


And that’s not all – attendees who bring a bag also

receive a bag of groceries through our partnership

with Oz Harvest, as part of the Wellbeing and Community Enrichment Program. 


Join us in our backyard every Tuesday during school term from 8:45-10am and let’s enjoy a delicious breakfast together.

Smile and Thrive Dental Program

We believe every child deserves a healthy smile and the chance to thrive. That’s why we are proud to offer our dental program, Smile and Thrive for vulnerable primary school students in the Newcastle area.

Our team partners with local schools to provide regular dental appointments, ensuring every child receives the treatment they need.


Each student also receives a mentoring session over a meal, thanks to our partnership with Grill’d and Harry's Schnitzel where we help children build emotional resilienceLet’s give your child a reason to smile today!

Brighter Beginnings Bus Program

We believe every child deserves a brighter future.

That’s why we’ve created the Brighter Beginnings Bus Program, an early intervention program designed to improve the educational development and physical

health of at-risk primary school children.


Our bus runs every morning in local Newcastle areas of Hamilton North, Merewether and Waratah West, picking up children with low school attendance and dropping them off at school bright and early. With a free breakfast provided, we’re setting our students up for success right from the start.

Shine Bright Schools Program

Thanks to our partnership with the IMB Bank Community Foundation and local schools, we provide an individualised and engaging approach to learning safety, resilience, communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and more through our Shine Bright School Program.

Inspire Women's Program

At Inspire, we believe in empowering women to live their best lives. Our adult resilience and education program equips women with vital life skills such as budgeting, cooking, communication, managing relationships, and dealing with trauma.


We also connect women to much-needed services and strengthen emotional wellbeing through therapeutic crafts and providing a safe space to share stories and connect with other women.

R U OK Check In Conversations

Sometimes all it takes is a simple question to make a big difference.


We believe in the power of intentional conversations about wellbeing. R U OK Check In Conversations is designed to connect with community members who have experience hardship and trauma through meaningful conversation, therapeutic techniques, and safe questions – all trained by Lifeline Australia.


We aim to help clients feel a sense of connection and belonging within their community while encouraging safe and helpful resources to maintain good mental, emotional, and physical health.

Clever Cooking

Clever Cooking Workshops are hands on program that offers NDIS participants with self-managed or plan managed plans, as well as community members a chance to learn new cooking skills and nutritional recipes in a safe and fun social group environment.


Make 2-3 delicious meals each workshop, which you can not only enjoy on the day but also take home.

But that's not all! By being a part of this program, participants also get the opportunity to contribute to something bigger than yourself. Any extra meals created in our classes go towards supporting our crisis relief program and are used to stock our freezer with meals for families in need.


This means that while you're learning new skills and having fun in our classes, you're also making a valuable contribution to our community.
