We are excited to be looking at expanding our team at LIVEfree PROJECT. We are a grassroots organisation that is growing daily and we're currently seeking funding in a wide variety of sectors to meet our client and community needs. It’s a step-by-step process, and so with this growth we're looking to have on file resumes so that as we grow, we can select people that are available and skilled in our areas of need. Sometimes this is a slow process and sometimes swift - as it is dependent on funding, client need and time sensitive opportunities. 


Currently taking resumes for contract:


  • Wellbeing Community workers

  • Mentors

  • Educators: Trauma / DV focused / Alcohol and other drugs addiction/NDIS assistance 

We are looking to hire contractors on an hourly basis with experience and training in the following areas:

  • Social Work Degree

  • Community Services DIP

  • Chaplaincy DIP/ Cert IV

  • Youth Worker DIP/ Cert IV

  • Ministry DIP / Pastoral care

  • Education – Teaching degree / Adult education current TAE 

  • Teachers AID / SLO

  • Childcare Cert IV

  • Graphics Cert / Marketing DIP / Business Degree

  • Psychology Degree

  • Nursing Degree / Community Health Nurse

  • Mental Health First Aid Cert

  • Bus Driving / Bus Drivers Licence – early morning work


We are looking for people who are: 


  • People who have a heart for community work and to work with people with complex needs

  • Great at connecting and building relationship with people 

  • Demonstrate empathy to those in hardship and struggling with life issues

  • Able to extend their compassion and care to people with a non-judgemental attitude

  • Focused on the care of people, understand confidentiality, safety and aware of the need to be integrous with their engagements with clients 

  • Creative thinkers – who work within a strengths-based practise

  • Flexible and understanding of activities that need to be performed

  • People who have initiative and problems solving skills when implementing procedures and referring to resources

  • Will collaborate with clients to create plans and activities that will support their needs within established organisational procedures

  • Able to work independently at times and within a multi discipline area team
